This is the project management class for technology professionals. This seminar will create a strong foundation for network engineers, application developers, and project managers new to technology projects. This seminar focuses on project management from a technical perspective.
Students will engage in hands-on exercises, participate in class discussions, complete frequent module exams, and learn to adapt standard project management principles to IT project management. This three-day class will amply prepare students to manage their next technology project. This course is based on two of Joseph Phillips’ books.
